Strategy

By strategically placing comments on TikTok, we constantly pinpoint where Gen Z spends their time and is open to interacting with Indeed. Younes’ viral TikTok (1.1M Views) – doing age checks in a supermarket he wasn’t even working – provided a perfect opportunity for us to join the conversation and bring the community on the journey of Younes looking for a job. That one comment ‘Next time you should apply first’ led to an organic and most importantly fun community and creator collaboration with Indeed.

  • 1.5K+ users liked Indeed’s comment (+7555%) and 26 users started suggesting jobs.
